Replacement Policy

Steelo Containers LLP ensures that every consumer has a seamless experience from transaction to the performance of the product. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not accept returns on products:

  • Delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

Performance Defect: We have a 15 day return policy in case of any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal performance of our product.

Physical Defect: In case you have received a product in damaged condition you need to inform us about the condition within 48 hours of receipt of your order by you.

We are proud of the products we sell and hope that you like it as much as we do. However, if you come across any defect & wish to replace the product, you can simply contact us on sales@steelo.in & we will get back to you in 24hours.

  • Reason for the return
  • Picture or Video of the damaged product
