Yes. Every SCL Steelo product is made from BPA-free, 100% food-grade material that’s safe for storing food and drinks.

Our PET/PP containers and bottles are refrigerator- and freezer-safe, but should be hand-washed and are not microwave safe. Only our Bamboo Fibre range is microwave- and dishwasher-safe. See the Product Care guide for full details.

Tell us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a continuous unboxing video. Once approved, we arrange a free pickup and send a replacement. An unboxing video is required for all damage and wrong/missing-item claims — see our Returns & Replacement Policy.
